Ersteberg was founded and is led by Dr Mihails, a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience in finance, strategy, and operations. Together with our partners — each of whom has served at C-level across multiple industries — we have built a proven track record of consistently delivering results for investors, corporates, and global brands.
We lead by taking projects from idea to execution with discipline and clarity. This means validating the business case, building a defensible financial model, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. We then step in at an operational level — assembling and onboarding teams, structuring contracts, and guiding governance — to ensure that strategic decisions translate into measurable outcomes. Dr Mihails Kuznecovs
Founder
Dr Mihails has a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives in energy, renewables, healthcare, and retail.
Among his notable projects is the construction of a $410 million clean power plant. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of FC Barcelona’s global licensing and merchandising arm, where he focuses on branded energy drinks, signature coffee and wine, and a prestigious collaboration with Jacob&Co to develop an exclusive watch collection.
He is also a board member of several organisations, including the Czech–Qatar Chamber of Commerce.
Previously, Dr Mihails held senior roles as Acting CEO, CFO, and Chief Strategy Officer in the beverages sector, where he validated the concept for one of Europe’s most advanced healthy beverage production facilities and led the commercial strategy of a historic 14th-century Czech brewery.
Mr Greg is a qualified accountant, risk analyst, and certified insurance professional.
He serveD as General Manager and Senior Executive Officer for Zurich Insurance Life in the State of Qatar.
Beyond his leadership in the insurance sector, Greg is deeply engaged in educational initiatives and plays an active role in fostering government and institutional relationships between Qatar, the Philippines, and Europe.
His work bridges financial expertise with social impact, positioning him as a trusted executive who advances both corporate performance and international collaboration.
Dr Jiří has been with Ersteberg since its very foundation and is a co-founder of Voršilka Prokůpek attorney-at-law office.
His professional career began in 1982, first at the District Court and later as a judge for the City Court of Prague. Over four decades, he has built deep expertise in clean energy legal matters, finance and contractual structuring, and regulatory frameworks.
Dr Jiří also brings strong experience in the beverages sector, advising on commercial strategy, licensing, and international expansion. This unique combination of legal, financial, and industry knowledge positions him as a trusted advisor to corporates, investors, and institutions navigating complex cross-border projects.

Anna has a strong track record in commercial strategy, international expansion, and business development across the food and beverage, retail, SaaS, and hospitality sectors.
Most recently, Anna served as Sales Director for FC Barcelona licensed beverages development, leading international licensing and merchandising projects linked to FC Barcelona’s global food and beverage business. Her work focused on retail expansion, distributor management, and multi-channel commercial growth across international markets.
Previously, Anna held senior commercial leadership roles in FMCG, sustainable packaging, hospitality, and SaaS companies, delivering multi-million-euro growth strategies, leading high-performance sales teams, and developing scalable go-to-market models.
She is also co-founder of Grupo Blablableo, a hospitality and catering company working with brands including Lidl, HP, Smeg, and Weber.
Anna holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Marketing & Sales from ESADE, alongside international studies in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Mr Mikhail Shpak

Mr Mikhail has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and investment. He works with a global network of HNWI real estate investors across the CIS region, Israel, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and China with total sale revenues exceeding €165m.
As the co-founder and statutory director of VEKI Group Ltd., based in Prague, Czech Republic, he has been instrumental in building the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in property development, brokerage, and investment management. Under his leadership, VEKI Group has established itself as a key player in the Czech market, combining local expertise with international reach.
Beyond his executive role, Mr Shpak continues to strengthen international partnerships and develop innovative solutions that drive long-term growth for both private clients and large-scale developers.
