Dr Mihails Kuznecovs is an executive strategist and economist with 19 years of core in-house expertise with the identification, planning and execution of quality investment initiatives. He has an established track record of delivering strategic initiatives, predominantly in the energy, renewables, medical facilities establishment and the global travel retail.
Mihails is a founder of Ersteberg Ltd. Prior to that he served as a Managing Director and Vice-chairman of the Board for Synecta a.s., an international energy and healthcare developer and construction company based in the Czech Republic. Before that, he was a global business development manager for Dufry AG, a worldwide travel retailer based in Switzerland. Previously, he was responsible for corporate strategy and business analysis with RES Ltd., an international renewable energy developer located in the UK.
Mihails also serves as a Vice-Chairman of the Statutory Board for the Czech Qatar Chamber of Commerce, where he advises on a transparent international business platform establishment between the two countries.

Mr. Yousif M. Al-Taweel is a Vice Chairman & co-founder of Ertibat International Ltd., providng state of the art engineering and infrastrcuture solutions in the State of Qatar. JUDR JIŘÍ VORŠILKA
JUDr Jiří Voršilka is a highly respected attorney working both with Czech companies and international businesses.
He is a co-founder of Voršilka-Stránská-Pazdera attorney-at-law office, which later was transformed into Voršilka Prokůpek attorney-at-law office. His professional career dates back to 1982 when he served the District Court and, later, as a judge for the City Court of Prague.
JUDr Voršilka’s main specialisations are competitive law, civil and commercial law, insolvency law, real estate and construction law, banking and finance, capital markets and securities, foreign-exchange law, leasing, criminal law and criminal procedure, administrative and litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
He also serves as a Vice-Chairman of the Statutory Board for the Czech Qatar Chamber of Commerce, where he provides on efficient international and local specific legal considerations.
MR IGOR GREBENNIKOV
Mr Grebennikov has a wealth of 27 years of top-management leadership, of which 20 years in the Czech Republic. His experience spans across energy, renewables, hotel and sports recreation business sectors.
Back to 2006-2008 he was a co-owner and served as a President of local football club SFC Opava, which at that time achieved top league status.
As of today, Mr Grebennikov is an owner of business consulting company and leads energy industry related projects through INTERMOS Praha, especially those potentials concerning the Republic of Belarus and CIS countries. He holds a legal degree.
MRS TATYANA RAZYMOVA
Mrs Razymova offers over 40 years of accounting and human resources experience. She has gained her expertise across energy, renewables, real estate and governmental assignments.
She had led as a Chief Accountant large energy and healthcare developer and prior to that another energy developer as its Deputy Chief Accountant and Head of Human Resources. Mrs Razymova also held a Chief Accountant position with the real estate management company. Before that, she served as a Senior Economist for the Ministry of Interior.
Mrs Razymova is passionate about professional development and is a regular speaker at various advisory evenings. She believes in the importance of cross-functional collaboration as it allows to bring various professionals with completely different ideas, which serves as a catalyst toward long-term business success.
MR TOMÁŠ BULIS
Mr Bulis brings 10 years of banking experience.
He knows how to lead day-to-day operations of the financial institution ranging from strategic decisions in terms of services to be offered and clients satisfaction, following strict legislative compliance and being trusted team leader and public spokesman.
Mr Bulis has served as a Regional Director with Equa banka and prior to that held strategic management positions with Bibby Financial Services, PPF Bank, Volksbank, Banco Popolare and Citibank.
